Advance tickets are no longer available, but you can still purchase tickets on the day of the event for $20 (adults) and $15 (seniors) by starting the tour at either of the parking locations noted below.

If you previously purchased an advance ticket online, please bring your confirmation email (or the ticket attachment) to our ticket booth on the day of the event to pick up your wristband from will call, which will allow entrance to all of the homes on the tour. If you misplace your confirmation email we can also look you up by the email address you used to place the order. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event for $20 (adults) and $15 (seniors) by starting the tour at either of the parking locations noted below.

Candlelight Tour: Saturday Dec. 7th, 2024  4:00PM – 9:00PM
Afternoon Tour: Sunday Dec. 8th, 2024  1:00PM – 5:00PM

If you have been on the tour before, please note that we have NEW PARKING LOCATIONS THIS YEAR! Because the former St. Mary’s / Tennova hospital has closed, we have two new parking options:

Option #1: Rose Funeral & Cremation, 1421 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917
Option #2: St. James Episcopal Church, 1101 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917

Our bus service will pick up and drop off at both parking lots. If one lot is full, please try the other lot located just two blocks down the street.

*** Please note, the Victorian Holiday Home Tour takes place rain or shine! Our historic homes are warm, cozy, and beautiful in any kind of weather. We’ve held the event in sun, rain, and even snow. No matter the weather, our continuously running bus service can move you from house to house with as little inconvenience as possible.
