Make plans now to join us for the 32nd Annual Victorian Holiday Home Tour on December 3rd & 4th 2022! Old North Knoxville features beautiful homes built in the Queen Anne, Craftsman/Bungalow, Neoclassical Revival, and American Four Square style. To help you kick off your holiday season, Old North Knoxville neighbors will open the doors of select homes in a variety of these styles, restored and decorated for the season for your viewing pleasure! If you’ve never been on the tour before, find out what to expect or learn more about the neighborhood.
Candlelight Tour: Saturday Dec. 3rd, 2022 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Afternoon Tour: Sunday Dec. 4th, 2022 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

TICKETS: Advance tickets will be available for purchase online in early November 2022 and will be available at Three Rivers Market and area Elder’s Ace Hardware stores beginning November 14, 2022. For advance tickets purchased online, PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT to our ticket booth on the day of the event and your ticket(s) will be in WILL CALL. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event for $15 (adults) and $10 (seniors) at our ticket booth in the parking lot of the former Tennova Hospital / St. Mary’s Medical Center off Woodland Avenue next to Fulton High School.

Baxter Ave. Elder’s Ace Hardware has five area locations for your convenience: in Bearden (next to EarthFare), in Rocky Hill (next to Butler & Bailey Market), in Farragut (near the intersection of Kingston Pike and Shipley Ln.), in Halls (across from Gondolier), and in South Knoxville (next to United Grocery Outlet). PARKING: Park and ride continuous bus service is available beginning at the former Tennova Hospital / St. Mary’s Medical Center parking lot off Woodland Avenue next to Fulton High School.
ORNAMENTS: Each year since 2003, Old North Knoxville has commissioned a limited edition ornament to commemorate the Holiday Home Tour. The ornaments are available to purchase at the Home Tour and also at the Time Warp Tea Room in Happy Holler on Central Avenue. Ornaments cost $15 each, and you can find more details here.
